Working closely with City staff, we made three re-submissions \u2013 March, June, and November 2023 \u2013   and the rezoning application was ultimately approved in July 2024.<br><br>Since then, we have considered some proposed changes to the development and submitted an Official Plan Amendment and new Zoning By-Law Amendment application in October 2024."}},{"faqs":{"question":"Why are you submitting a new planning application shortly after your approved application?","answer":"The initial rezoning application proposed office replacement, in addition to new retail and residential uses.
